This is one of my major interests in life. I own a 2004 Ford Mustang GT in Sonic Blue. It was ordered in September 2003 and I took delivery in October 2003. There probably aren't too many
Mustang GT's like mine. It is equiped with an Independent Rear Suspension from a 1999 Mustang Cobra, replacing the solid rear axle. On the outside, I haven't done too much to it. I've replaced
with wheels with Ford Racing Performance Parts' FR500 wheels (18"x9"), Pirelli PZero tires, Bullitt scoop deletes, a Mach 1 grille delete and an '03 Cobra hood. Other than that, the outside is stock. It is a
pain to get things over here, so I haven't done too much yet.
See more about my car on MightyMustangs.net. I visited a Dyno in Stuttgart this past weekend and here are my numbers: 278 RWHP/312 RWTQ. That is about 320 HP/360 ft-lb. TQ at the flywheel (like how they are rated from Ford).
